Welcome to FBAngels Agency! By using our website and services, you agree to abide by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully, as they set out your rights and responsibilities when engaging with FBAngels Agency. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services.

1. Introduction

FBAngels is an International Webcam Recruitment and Training Agency, offering individuals the opportunity to become webcam models. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the FBAngels Agency website and all related services provided by our platform. By registering with FBAngels Agency, you accept these terms as a legally binding agreement.

2. Eligibility

To register and work with FBAngels Agency, you must:

2.1 Be at least 18 years of age.

2.2 Provide accurate and truthful personal information during the registration process.

2.3 Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your country of residence.

FBAngels Agency reserves the right to refuse or terminate your registration if any eligibility requirements are not met.

3. Registration and Account

By registering with FBAngels Agency, you agree to provide current, accurate, and complete information as required by the application form. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details, including your username and password, and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

4. FBAngels Representation

4.1. By signing up with FBAngels Agency, the Model agrees to grant FBAngels Agency the exclusive right to represent them on specified webcam platforms for a rolling period of six (6) months. This rolling period resets every time the Model logs in and begins streaming.

4.2. During the term of representation, the Model agrees to conduct all webcam modeling activities exclusively through FBAngels Agency on the designated platform(s).

4.3. If the Model joins a platform under FBAngels Agency, they agree to remain exclusively tied to FBAngels Agency for a period of six (6) months. Should the Model wish to terminate their representation with FBAngels Agency before the expiration of the six-month period, they must provide written notice to FBAngels Agency. The Model acknowledges and agrees that upon termination, they will be restricted from using the platform associated with FBAngels Agency for a further six (6) months from the date of termination.

4.4. The Model understands that any attempt to bypass this exclusivity agreement on the designated platform may result in the termination of their contract with FBAngels Agency.

5. Duration of Representation

5.1. The term of representation with FBAngels Agency begins upon the Model’s registration and continues for a rolling period of six (6) months on the designated platform(s). This rolling period resets every time the Model logs in and starts streaming.

5.2. If the Model wishes to terminate their representation with FBAngels Agency before the six-month period expires, they must provide written notice. The Model acknowledges and agrees that they will be prohibited from using the platform linked to FBAngels Agency for an additional six (6) months from the termination date.

6. Independent Contractor Relationship

As a model with FBAngels Agency, you are an independent contractor (self- employed) and not an employee of FBAngels Agency. This means you are responsible for managing your own schedule, tax obligations, and other legal responsibilities associated with self-employment. FBAngels Agency does not control your working hours or how you perform your services, but we provide the necessary training and tools to ensure your success.

7. Payments

7.1 Earnings: Models are paid per minute for the time they spend on live calls. Earnings will be calculated in real time and processed for weekly payment.

7.2 Payment Schedule: Payments are processed every Tuesday. Earnings from the previous week will be transferred to your registered payment method.

7.3 Payment Method: You must provide valid payment details to receive your earnings. It is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of these details to avoid any delays or errors in payment processing.

8. Content and Behavior

As a webcam model with FBAngels Agency, you must adhere to the following guidelines regarding the content you create and your behavior on our platforms:

8.1 Prohibited Content: You may not create or broadcast content that is illegal, harmful, or violates any copyright, trademark, or privacy rights.

8.2 Respectful Conduct: You must treat all users, viewers, and members of the FBAngels Agency team with respect. Harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior will not be tolerated.

8.3 User Safety: You must take precautions to protect your privacy and safety during your interactions with viewers. FBAngels Agency provides s8upport and guidance on maintaining anonymity if desired.

Any breach of these rules may result in account suspension or termination.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

FBAngels Agency is committed to protecting your privacy. All personal data collected from you during the registration and service process will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, in compliance with ICO and GDPR regulations. By using our services, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Termination of Account

FBAngels Agency reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account if you breach any of these Terms & Conditions, engage in illegal activities, or otherwise violate our policies. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team.

11. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and services provided by FBAngels Agency, including but not limited to website design, text, graphics, and logos, are the intellectual property of FBAngels Agency and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any part of the FBAngels Agency platform for any commercial purpose without prior written consent.

12. Limitation of Liability

FBAngels Agency is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from your use of our services. This includes any losses or issues related to:

12.1 Delays or errors in payment processing.

12.2 Technical difficulties, interruptions, or downtime of our website or related platforms.

12.3 The actions of viewers or third parties during your webcam sessions.

While we strive to maintain a safe and reliable environment, you acknowledge that you use our services at your own risk.

13. Changes to These Terms

FBAngels Agency reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and it is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Your continued use of our services after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of United Kingdom, and any disputes arising from the use of FBAngels Agency services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in United Kingdom.
